This is an exciting move which Jacob and I have been practicing and teaching for years. You start in bird, tarzan down, and continue in a forward circle to bird on hands. It's tricky and there are a lot of details. You should have a good handle of Tarzans--we have a lesson for Tarzans-- before you do this one.
