Debbie and I just got back from a 6 week long teach trip to Europe. We taught Varial flips three times and we noticed that even the smaller parts of the Varial flip, like Pizzas, were difficult for the average person to master. We decided to make a thorough lesson to help people out. The Pizza is a pop where the flyer starts in a bed and pops horizontally but not vertically.
